Refundable	Until you mark the job started

Stripe Elements: card or ACH. Deposit % set by you (default 25%). Refundable until you mark the job started.

Step 05

PAYOUT.

Stripe pays your bank in 2 business days. We never touch the funds. No "trust account." No surprise hold.
