Step 02

Subs open the portal on their phone. They see your scope, your timeline, your insurance reqs. They file a number, ask a question, or pass.

Step 03

LEVEL.

You see every bid in one column. Same line items, same units. No "what did this guy include in 'rough plumbing'?"

Step 04

LOCK.

Click the winner. The portal closes. The losers get a polite note (auto-drafted). The winning bid drops into your project as a subcontract draft.
